Chelsea vs Everton: Chelsea Aim to Extend Unbeaten Run
Title Race Heats Up
Monday Night Club On BBC Radio 5 Live
Chelsea will be looking to maintain their momentum in the Premier League title race when they host a struggling Everton at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening. The Blues are in the midst of a fine run of form, having gone seven games unbeaten in the league, and will be confident of extending that streak against an Everton side who have only won one of their last five games. Kick-off is at 18:00 GMT, and the game will be live on Sky Sports.
Chelsea currently sit third in the Premier League table, seven points behind leaders Arsenal, while Everton are languishing in 15th, just two points above the relegation zone. Despite their contrasting fortunes, however, Everton have a decent record against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, having won three of their last five visits to the stadium.
Chelsea will be without key defender Thiago Silva due to suspension, but manager Graham Potter will be able to call on the likes of Mason Mount, Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz in attack. Everton, meanwhile, will be boosted by the return of midfielder Allan from injury.
