Mattias Janmark recorded his first multi-goal game of the season and added an assist, while Ryan Nugent-Hopkins also scored for the Oilers.
Jake Oettinger made 29 saves for the Stars, who got goals from Roope Hintz and Jason Robertson.
The Oilers opened the scoring just 2:43 into the game when Janmark deflected Bouchard's shot past Oettinger.
The Stars tied it up at 1-1 midway through the first period when Hintz scored on a rebound.
The Oilers regained the lead early in the second period when Draisaitl set up Bouchard for his second goal of the game.
Janmark made it 3-1 Edmonton with a power-play goal midway through the second period.
Robertson cut the lead to 3-2 with a power-play goal of his own late in the second period.
Nugent-Hopkins restored the Oilers' two-goal lead with a goal early in the third period.
Bouchard sealed the win with an empty-net goal with just over a minute remaining.
